‘BIG BEN’ coming to KUWAIT

-by Gasper Crasto

Kuwait: Big Ben is a nickname of the great bell of Westminster Palace’s tower clock at London.

In general, Big Ben refers to the 4-sided clock and the clock tower itself. The iconic British structure is one of the most prominent symbols of the United Kingdom and is known to many as London’s identity landmark.

The ‘BIG BEN’ Konkani movie, written and directed by Mark de Araujo is apparently based on the adversities and lifestyle of Goans based in UK, and their influence on families back home in Goa.

The movie explores into a number of interesting facts about living in UK.

People who have seen the movie say ‘Big Ben’ is a must watch for Goans aspiring to work in the UK while those who have not set foot in England will find the London Bridge and other striking monuments shown in the movie highly fascinating.

The movie released last year in Swindon, UK, is being termed by many as a very captivating Konkani movie.
