Global Konkani music promoter Shri Armand D’Sousa, popularly known as Chris-Armand Presentation, is one of the few Goans in the world with whom a man’s word is still a bond.
Chris-Armand does what he says, his achievements over the years prove it all.
A BRIEF ABOUT THE MAN
He started his job career at Cidade de Goa. From being a regular worker, actor to modelling and public relations, he has seen it all.
He acted in dramas alongside M. Boyer, Remmie Colaco, Jacinto Vaz, etc.
Chris-Armand travels extensively between Goa, Dubai, UK and Paris. He was one of the few Goans to meet former USA President Barack Obama and other world delegates at the White House.
HISTORIC ACHIEVEMENT
Chris-Armand has supported global Konkani shows all throughout his life, he has given a platform to number of budding artistes to showcase their talent and initiated some novel ideas to bring Goans under one platform.
On the way, he established CAP (Chris-Armand Presentation) GOLD MEDAL AWARD for Goan artistes which is awarded since 2019.
Chris-Armand Presentation founders comprise of Armando D’Sousa and and his brother Shri Christalino D’Sousa.
𝗖𝗛𝗥𝗜𝗦-𝗔𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡
Chris-Armand Presentation YouTube Channel has grown to be a prominent Goan YouTube channel after it started a series of interviews of celebrity Goan Konkani stage artistes under the banner ‘Amchem Goa Amche Kolakar.
Several programs and events are also chalked out for the future by CAP across the globe especially for Goans in UK, US, Canada, Australia, etc.
Based in London, Chris-Armand was in the limelight of a historic experience for Goans when he organized the first ever YouTube GLOBAL GOENCHO AVAZ singing competition in 2020.
It was a massive effort by one individual to realize his dream project which shattered all records.
KOR KANTAR: PIONEERS
Right now Chris-Armand along with Shri Robert Cabral & St. Taleigao Church is leading a contingent of Goan superstars in a mega show KOR KANTAR set to be staged on 30th April 2022.
One of Goa’s hugely watched show, KOR KANTAR will be the 6th edition of unlimited entertainment, and many more such event are in the planning by Chris-Armand.
Organizing mega events involves identifying the target audience, devising the right concept, coordinating technical aspects and actually organizing the event.
Many of our Goans have been organizing attractive events around the world, thereby keeping our community, our people tied to our art of immense socio-cultural inheritance and heritage.
Shri Robert Cabral is one of the eminent personalities supporting Chris-Armand Presentation.
Robert Cabral is well-known as a mega organizer especially in collaboration with Goa Art & Culture, and Chris-Armand Presentation. He started Konkani musical shows from 1999 with Youth Creations, Taleigao and was later accompanied in his efforts by Jimmy Fernandes in 2013; they together ventured in the now famous ‘Kor Kantar’ annual events since then.
The mega-musical fusion concert sees a wide array of talented and celebrated singers taking to the stage to entertain over 3,500 audiences. Proceeds generated from the event are offered to charity.
Humble as he is, Robert holds a position of Superintendent of Customs for the Central Government.

The brand of the moment is always Chris-Armand Presentation.
The man behind it who sets his Heart and Word on to something and says “I will” no matter what obstacle is placed in his way - joins the ranks of demi-gods.
Everything else remains in mortality and is soon forgotten. But the name of Chris-Armand will certainly create waves among global Goans for a long, long time.
